刘瑛，法学博士，中国政法大学知识产权法律诊所主任、民商经济法学院知识产权法研究所副教授、硕士研究生导师，中国科学技术法学会副秘书长，中国知识产权研究会高级会员，广州、天津、西安仲裁委员会仲裁员，北京市金台律师事务所律师。2008年参加美国太平洋大学麦克乔治法学院和美利坚大学华盛顿法学院暑期诊所法律技能培训。2010年应邀到美国专门考察与研究诊所法律教育.

Liu Ying , Doctor of laws, Head of Intellectual Property Law Clinic of CUPL, Associate Professor of The institute of intellectual Property Law ,Civil Commercial and Economic Law School, Research Supervisor for Master, Councilman of China Law Association of Science and Technology, Senior member of China Intellectual Property Society, Arbitrator of Guangzhou, Tianjin and Xi’an Arbitration Commission, Lawyer of Beijing Jintai Law Firm. She participated in 2008 in University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law and American University Washington College of Law workshop in Clinical and Advocacy Skills training.

专业方向为知识产权法、经济法学等；先后为硕士研究生、双学位生、本科生讲授过《经济法概论》、《知识产权法》、《公司法》、《金融法》和《知识产权法律诊所》课程。  

Professional orientation: Intellectual Property Law, Economic Law etc; Schooling scope: Economic Law, Property Law, Company Law, Financial Law and Legal Clinic of Intellectual Property for Post graduate, double-degree and undergraduate student.
      

学术成果主要有：《二十一世纪中国律师文书范本》，中国人民公安大学出版社；《证券法学》，中国金融出版社，2004年获“首届中国优秀法律图书奖”；《知识产权法学》（主编），中国广播电视出版社；《中国证券市场十年经典案例析评》、《经济法学》和《知识产权法》（副主编），中国政法大学出版社；《房地产开发》（专著），北京大学出版社；《公司投资管理》（编著），法律出版社。还在《知识产权》等核心刊物上发表多篇论文。目前正主持教改项目《知识产权法诊所式教学的研究与实践》。

 Academic Achievements: Sample Writing for Chinese Lawyers in 21st Century, China People’s Public Security Publishing House; publishing House of China University of Politics and Law; Science of Securities Law (awarded "the first outstanding Chinese law book" in 2004), China Finance Publishing House; Intellectual Property Law (editor), China Radio and Television Press; Economic Law, Study of Classic Cases of China Securities Market in Recent Ten Years and Intellectual Property Law (associate editor),Publishing House of China University of Political Science and Law; Exploitation of Real Estate (monograph), Beijing University Press; Corporation Investment Management (compile), Law Press. Several papers published in Intellectual Property and other Core Journals. At present, She is in charge of an undergoing educational reformation program Research and Application of Intellectual Property Law Clinic Education.

律师业务主要是担任中国美术家协会、北京一些投资、文化类发展有限公司等单位的常年法律顾问；曾代理过“军中两姐妹”名誉权侵权案、“女子十二乐坊”著作权侵权案、“海尔兄弟”动画形象著作权归属纠纷等著名案件，并参与多个收购、投资项目的运作。

Business as a lawyer: Legal Counselor of China Artists Association and Beijing some Investment and culture Development Co. Ltd. and other units; Acting many well-known cases such as “Two Sisters In Military” about reputation infringement, "12 Girls Band" refered to copyright infringement, dispute about copyright ownership of animated image of "Haier Brothers" and having Participated in operations of numbers of acquisitions and investment projects.
