中国未来的敌人是谁03（之三）？

自从出台了中国未来的敌人是谁之一之二之后，一些网友给老军001博客留言说，中国未来的敌人应该是自己，这句话说得不错，也说道了点上，可是这只是大致笼统的说法，那些量化的指标呢？没有量化就没有细节，细节决定成败吗？！老军001给大家解读的就是细节和量化问题，好了，下面继续谈正规战争威胁这个敌人。

目前的中国四周形势是，四周布满美军力量，东面有美韩军事基地，美日军事基地，还有美军的关岛基地，还有西面的驻阿富汗美军，还有北面的美军在中亚的军事基地等，这些军事基地，是构成美军对我进行包围压制的基本力量，如果在我们的国力不行之时，或者像利比亚那样弱小时，美军就可能对中国采取军事行动，有人说中国有核武器，致于那么谨小慎微吗？可是老军001要说的是，就是核武器也不能拿来当家常便饭正常与常规武器一样使用的，那应该是镇宅的东西，和实施同等威胁的重要手段，不能随便使用的，譬如敌人要是有一小股力量化妆进入我境内捣乱咋办，你还使用核武器吗？这时你用核武器有点使不上劲了，所以常规的军事力量等反制手段我们必须发展。这就是我们保持几大军区和集团军力量的根本。

    保持常规兵力还有一点，我们是为了维持四周的安定需要，譬如要是再出现越南入侵柬埔寨的情况咋办，难道中国坐视不管，任由四周混乱下去，这不是一个负责任大国的做法，中国要做的就是出兵维稳，只有四周安定了，中国才能安心搞建设，搞内政。所以保证常规军事力量也是我们维护四周安定的基本力量。

保持中国军事常规兵力还有一条就是，大规模反恐反黑反海盗实力的需要，要是出现像车臣暴乱那样的恐怖分子和黑恶势力咋办，还不得派兵镇压，现在国际上的海盗势力也很猖獗，亚丁湾就是一个例子，我们不是派海军舰艇和陆战队去了吗！等等这些都是我们要保持常规兵力的原因。

保持中国军事常规兵力还有一条，就是海外势力和华侨受到侵害该如何出兵保护，这是一个大课题，也是我们未来有可能面临的问题，随着中国实力的增强，中国越来越不能容忍像当年印尼侵害我华侨事件的再演，该下狠的就得下狠的了，该出兵就出兵，这才是世界第二和未来世界第一的实力写照，这样也能镇住那样捣乱的排华势力。

中国未来的正规战争威胁敌人还有很多种类，可以肯定的说保持常规兵力是中国的必须，才能消灭这些敌人。
