    【卡车之家 原创】2004年8月交通部、公安部、国家发展改革委发布了《关于进一步加强车辆超限超载集中治理工作的通知》（交公路发〔2004〕455号）简化了对车辆超限超载认定标准的规定，有利于规范执法行为。以下是其对超载超限认定的图解：

    备注：

    1.由汽车和全挂车组合的汽车列车，被牵引的全挂牵引车的总重不得超过主车的总重。
    2.除驱动轴外，上述图示中的并装双轴、并装三轴以及半挂车和全挂车，每减少两轮胎，其总重限制减少4吨。
    3.对于每侧为单轮胎的车轴，安装名义断面宽度超过400（公制系列）或13.00（英制系列）轮胎，其最大允许轴荷不得超过规定的各轮胎负荷之和，且最大限制为10000kg。

    虽然当时通知的规定是在2004年9月1日至12月31日的全国开展车辆超限超载治理工作期间适用，但小编咨询了交通部超载超限办公室的工作人员，7月1日之后仍将按照此标准执行。
