　　将来卖不到26万美刀，这种可能哪怕很小，但也是存在的。我只是用海淀房子不到一半的价格买到美国230多平米两层，还有车库和花园，还算是比较合算的买卖吧。未必是最佳选择，只是给同志们点参考意见，我是小白鼠呀，呵呵。
