March 9, 2006 - Posted in Online Education

China Education Alliance, Inc. (OTCBB:CEDA – News), one of the leading e-learning enterprises engaged in the online education business in China, today announced that they have released the first online intelligence game in China, called “Wealth Island Trip.” The interactive game is designed to teach children from ages six to eighteen.

Game designers conducted their open testing from January 2005 to February 2005 (during China’s Spring Festival). “Wealth Island Trip” was well received from users after the release, with registered users growing to 230,000 in just two months. The game’s popularity enabled the Website (www.edu-chn.com) to move from 50,000th place up to 20,000th place in three months (findings based on Alexa website). On December 12, 2005, the website received its highest ranking at 6,900th place. The Website ranks ahead of more than 200 similar educational websites in China.

As of June 30, 2005, the total number of registered players of “Wealth Island Trip” exceeded 1,500,000, with over 100,000 average daily “hits.” As of September 30, 2005, the total number of registered players exceeded 2,600,000, with 150,000 average daily “hits.” For the month ending February 28, 2006, the total number of registered players exceeded 3,500,000, with 200,000 average daily “hits.”

By obtaining an ID number through the Company’s website (www.edu-chn.com), users will be able to play this game for free. The game is in “question-answer” format, which includes a series of intriguing “mini-games.” Players will have the opportunity to earn additional points if they are able to answer questions correctly.

“Wealth Island Trip” acts like an electronic encyclopedia covering various subjects, including scientific technology, nature, geography, literature, sports, computers, and cartoons. Questions for the game were taken from CEDA’s (www.edu-chn.com) database. This database is comprised of over 1,000,000 questions gathered from schools, teachers, students, and commercial organizations.

Yu Xiqun, CEO of China Education Alliance, Inc., stated, “`Wealth Island Trip’ will aid in the Company’s marketing efforts to further our expansion.”
