Since the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the sport of fencing in China has experienced exceptional growth. Wang Xiangling is the fencing coach at the Xiang Ling Fencing Club, which is based at the O'le Sports Center in Beijing. She teaches people of all ages and skill levels the sport of fencing. For those in search of something different when it comes to exercise, then you should try fencing at least once. If anything, it'll probably be the most fun you'll ever have while exercising with a sword.
