字体经纪商Interactive Brokers Group Inc.禁止其客户动用借入资金买入超过130家中资上市公司的股票。近来市场担心在美上市的中国公司存在会计违规行为。

Interactive Brokers Group Inc.在其网站上说做出此举是因为担心不断上升的风险。

近几个月来，数十家中国公司承认企业会计存在问题。 美国证券交易委员会（Securities and Exchange Commission，英文简称：SEC）说其正在调查通过“反向并购”在美国交易所挂牌上市的中资企业的会计和信息披露问题。企业通过“反向并购”上市可以避免首次公开募股伴随的监管审查问题。今年以来部分这类企业的股价急速下跌。

Interactive Brokers Group Inc.本周将要开始执行上述规定，届时投资者就不能以保证金买卖形式购入名单上的股票，即不能从Interactive Brokers Group Inc.那里借入资金买入股票。如果以保证金买卖形式购入的股票价格大跌（就像近来一些中国公司的股价表现一样），那么经纪商借出的贷款可能无法得到偿还，经纪商有可能把投资者持有的股票作为抵押品。

Interactive Brokers Group Inc.公布的名单上列出了132家公司的159只不同证券，其中大约90只在美国上市交易，其余的在德国、加拿大或其它国家上市交易。

这不是Interactive Brokers第一次有此举动。今年4月，该公司将数十只通过反向并购上市的中国企业的股票列入禁止以保证金买入的名单。Interactive Brokers的一位发言人拒绝发表评论。

Interactive Brokers常常吸引买卖频繁的交易者。上周，该公司报告了5月份的日均营收交易量（DARTs）为42万笔，这个数字大约和TD Ameritrade以及嘉信理财（Charles Schwab）4月份公布的数据相当。但Interactive Brokers的客户基数只有17.3万，其竞争对手的客户数通常为上百万。
