1.表达A比B大几倍时的句型：
A+动词+倍数+形容词/副词比较级+than B，如:
The girl is ten times cleverer than her brother.
2.表达A是B的几倍时的句型：
（1）A+动词+倍数+as+形容词/副词原级+as B，如：
His apartment is three times as large as that of mine.
（2）A+动词+倍数+the+名词（size/height/length等)+of B, 如：
The sun is many times the size of the moon.
（3）A+动词+倍数+ as + much/many + n..+ as B, 如：

3."动词+by+倍数/分数/百分数"表示"上升"或"下降"的程度，如：

1.比较级+than +any other+名词（单数），如：
Tom is taller than any other student in his class.
2.比较级+than +（any of）+the other+名词（复数），如：
Tom is taller than (any of ) the other students in his class.
3.比较级+than +all other+名词（复数），如：
Tom does better than all other boys here.
4.比较级+than+ anyone (anybody, anything)+else, 如：

5.比较级+than +(any of ) +the others, 如：

6.含有never, nobody, no 的句子中的比较级前使用不定冠词, 如:
I have never heard a better voice.
难点3
1.more的几个短语
more than"多于，不仅仅，不只"；no more than "仅仅，只是（=only）",后面接名词或数词；more...than..."与其说……倒不如说……"。如:
—Tom is wise enough to achieve his success.
—But in my opinion, he is more lucky than wise.
2.would rather do sth. than do sth./ prefer to do sth. rather than do sth. 表示"宁愿……不愿……", 如:
He would rather beg in the street than get money in such a dishonest way.
3.the +比较级，the+比较级表示"越……越……" 如:
The more the fans watched the football game, the more excited they became.
4.比较级+and +比较级表示"越来越……"；多音节则用"more and more +原级", 如:
As we were watching the football game, we were becoming more and more excited.
