伤寒霍乱

热霍乱

 热霍乱，病名。因感受暑热湿浊之邪，郁遏中焦所致之吐泻。见《医学纲目·伤寒部》。又称热气霍乱。《素问·六元正纪大论》：“热至则身热，吐下霍乱。”《霍乱论》：“倘热霍乱因暑邪深入而滞其经隧，显脉细、肢寒之假象者，必有溺赤便臭之真谛。”证见心腹绞痛，上吐下泻，烦闷扰乱，昏不知人。挟有停滞者，更兼吐下皆有酸臭味。脉多见洪数。治宜清热化湿，辟秽泄浊，选用连朴饮、燃照汤、黄连香薷饮、清暑益元散、急救回生丹、解毒活血汤等方。参见霍乱条。
